Artist Services Application Terms

These Application Terms apply when submitting an application for a BEMYOWNBOSS Artist Services program or service that requires review and approval before engagement.

Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a BEMYOWNBOSS Artist Services engagement. Applications are reviewed based on factors that may include project readiness, strategic fit, timeline, expectations, available resources, and current BEMYOWNBOSS capacity.

BEMYOWNBOSS may accept an application, request additional information, recommend a different service or next step, recommend that an applicant address certain areas before proceeding, or decline an engagement.

Scope of Services

BEMYOWNBOSS Artist Services provides professional strategy, development, planning, and defined oversight according to the specific service selected and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Unless expressly included in a service agreement, services do not automatically include content production, daily social media management, public relations, graphic design, photography, video production, paid-media management, legal services, financial services, or other services outside the stated scope.

Fees and Third-Party Expenses

Submitting an application does not require payment unless otherwise expressly stated.

If an applicant is accepted, applicable service fees, payment schedules, and payment terms will be provided before the engagement begins.

Advertising spend, platform fees, contractor costs, and other approved third-party expenses are separate from BEMYOWNBOSS service fees unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

BEMYOWNBOSS does not guarantee streams, followers, engagement, playlist placement, media coverage, sales, revenue, industry opportunities, record deals, publishing agreements, or other commercial or career outcomes.

Recommendations and strategies are designed to support informed decision-making and professional development; results may vary based on numerous factors beyond the control of BEMYOWNBOSS.

Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Applicants should disclose known ownership, rights, clearance, credit, metadata, distribution, or other issues that could materially affect the proposed project or engagement.

No Automatic Business or Roster Relationship

Applying for or purchasing an Artist Services engagement does not create an artist-management, recording, publishing, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or label relationship with BEMYOWNBOSS ENT LLC unless established separately in writing.

Participation in Artist Services also does not guarantee consideration for or acceptance into any BEMYOWNBOSS roster, partnership, or other business relationship.

Professional and Legal Boundaries

Information provided through BEMYOWNBOSS Artist Services is intended for strategic, educational, and professional-development purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Applicants should consult an appropriately qualified professional when such advice is required.

By submitting an application and selecting the required acknowledgment checkbox, the applicant confirms that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to these Artist Services Application Terms.
